Special Programs with Hotspots

If you are a currently enrolled student and you are working with one of the following departments, they may have wi-fi hotspots available to borrow. Check with the department for more information:

• High School Equivalency (HEP)
• College Assistance Migrant Program (CAMP)

At Home

Lifeline is a U.S. government program run by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to help low-income households pay for phone and internet service. In the Community

Public Libraries: Area public libraries offer computing services:

• Mid-Columbia Libraries (Kennewick, Pasco, Prosser, West Richland & 8 More (policy),
• Richland Public Library (policy)
• Richland Public Library's "Experience Library" includes Hot Spots (3-week loan): Call the library front desk at 509-942-7663 to be put on the wait list or put a hold yourself after logging into your account. As a CBC student, you can get a free library card/account to both of the local public library systems.
